1. About Our Products

HelperGadget sells genuine digital Microsoft software license keys. All keys are delivered electronically by email. We do not sell physical products or boxed software.

All license keys sold by HelperGadget are genuine Microsoft licenses. They activate directly with Microsoft's activation servers. HelperGadget is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.

2. Ordering and Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The payment information you provide is accurate and valid
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Orders are processed automatically. Your license key will be delivered to the email address associated with your PayPal account immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. License Key Usage

Each license key sold by HelperGadget is for use on the number of devices specified in the product listing (typically 1 device unless otherwise stated). You may not:

• Resell or transfer the license key to another person
• Use the key on more devices than permitted
• Share the key publicly online

4. Delivery

License keys are delivered by email instantly after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your key within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@helpergadget.com.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Our refund and replacement policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary, we guarantee that every key works or we will replace it.

6. Limitation of Liability

HelperGadget's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All software activated using our license keys is the intellectual property of Microsoft Corporation. Use of such software is subject to Microsoft's End User License Agreement (EULA).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
