How to Activate Microsoft Office With a Product Key

Method 1: Activate During Installation

If you're installing Office for the first time:

1. Download the Office installer from office.com/setup
2. Sign in with or create a Microsoft account
3. Enter your 25-character product key when prompted
4. Follow the installation wizard

Method 2: Activate an Already-Installed Office

If Office is already installed but showing as unlicensed:
